Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) is fundamentally about making sense of how we do things and how we can affect change to make things better.
A workshop on NLP was organized for the students of Department of MBA with an aim to make the budding managers understand the techniques of NLP and how to apply them in various professional and personal contexts. Further, the workshop also aimed to empower them to drive positive change in both professional and personal spheres.
Dr. D. H. Rao, Academic Advisor of SAEF’s AITM was the resource person, interacted with the students and shared his valuable insights on the topic “NLP for Managers”.
