There are two categories in library membership i.e. 1.Student 2.Staff
All students who will take admission for any conducting courses in the college can become the library member to avail the library services.
The students can become library member by following the procedure as below steps:
Step 1– New Batch 1st Sem. & 3rd Sem. Lateral Entry Students can Fill and submit the online library membership registration form by scanning the QR Code in the Library.
Step 2 – Submit your fee receipt photocopy (Zerox) to library.
Step 3 – Fill the temporary ID card and affix a photo and return to library. After returning the filled ID card, the very next day you will get registered for the library membership and allotted a temporary ID number until receiving the USN number from the University.
Once you got registered, you are allowed to get library services like borrowing books, reservation of a book, use of digital library, reference section, reading room, access of e-resources etc.
Each staff who joins to the college can become the library member. The Staff can follow the below steps to register for library membership to avail the library facility.
Step 1 – Collect Membership Form in the library, fill the form and affix recent photo and submit with the signs of Department HOD, HR Manager and Principal’s signature with seal.
Step 2 – After Submitting the Membership form, your Library ID will be assigned to avail the library facility. Staff will receive the E-mail with the membership details like Library ID Number, address, phone number etc.
