A constructive session took place with Mr. Ajay Kashyap, Convenor, Y20 Secretariat on 8th September 2023 at Angadi Institute of Technology and Management-AITM, Belagavi reflecting a commitment to an open and inclusive conversations on global issues.
The discussion provided a platform to express views and recommendations, ensuring that the voices of the younger generation are heard within the G20 process.
Shri Raju Joshi, Administrator, SAEF, Dr. Anand Deshpande, Principal & Director, AITM, Prof. Vishalkirthi Patil, TPO, Prof. Malagouda Patil, IQAC Coordinator and HOD’s of various departments were present during the session.
The G20 members represent a significant portion of the world’s economy and hold regular meetings to discuss and coordinate policies related to global economic issues.
The Y20, or Youth 20, is the youth engagement group associated with the G20. It brings together young leaders and representatives from G20 member countries to discuss and provide input on various global issues, with a focus on economic, social, and environmental topics. It aims to ensure that the voices and concerns of the younger generation are considered in shaping global policies
