Guest Talk on “Cloud Infrastructure and Microservices”

Department of Artificial Intelligence and Data Science(AI&DS) & Department of Computer Science and Engineering(CSE) has organized a Guest talk on “Cloud Infrastructure and Microservices” by the Resource person, Mr. Amith Patil, Technical Lead, Bureau of Meteorology, Federal Government of Australia.
Dr. Anand Deshpande, Principal & Director, AITM welcomed the resource person, Mr. Amith Patil. Mr. Amith Patil highlighted the core concepts of Cloud Infrastructure as to how it is made up of several components, each integrated with one another into a single architecture supporting business operations. And how a typical solution may be composed of hardware, virtualization, storage, and networking components.
Sir also briefed about Microservices as an architectural and organizational approach to software development and how these services are owned by small, self-contained teams. Microservices architectures make applications easier to scale and faster to develop, enabling innovation and accelerating time-to-market for new features.
