MBA@AITM in association with Department of Management Studies Visvesvaraya Technological University, Belagavi organized one day Faculty Development Program on Quality Enhancement in Teaching-Learning Process on 02.08.2023 with an aim to improve teaching skills of teachers, researchers and trainers.
Dr. D. H. Rao, Academic Advisor AITM, Dr. S R Bharamanaikar, Professor in the Department of MBA AITM, Dr. Suryakumar N. Khanai, Professor & Director in the Department of MBA AITM and Dr. M. M. Munshi, Chairperson, Department of Management Studies, VTU were the resource persons for the program.
The resource persons oriented the participants regarding use of Neuro Linguistic Programming, Leadership, Emotional Intelligence, and Outcome Based Education in enhancing teaching learning.
Dr. M. M. Munshi was the Chief Guest for the Valedictory Function and Certificates were awarded to all the participants during the valedictory function.
