The Department of Training and Placement at Angadi Institute of Technology and Management (AITM), Belagavi, proudly organized Placement Day 2025 on Sunday, June 1, 2025, at 11:00 AM. The event was a celebration to acknowledge and honour the students and their parents for achieving successful placements in esteemed companies during the academic year 2024–25.
The event was graced by Dr. Spoorti R. Patil, Director, Suresh Angadi Education Foundation (SAEF), who attended as the Chief Guest. She was joined by Dr. Anand B. Deshpande, Principal and Director of AITM, Prof. Vishalkirthi Patil, Training and Placement Officer, along with the Heads of Departments, Deans, Faculty Members, and Students of AITM.
Prof. Vishalkirthi Patil presented an overview of the placement performance for the academic year 2024–25, highlighting the remarkable success and dedication of the students. Prof. Manjushree Havannavar, Placement Cell Coordinator, addressed the gathering in Kannada and emphasized the impactful role of the Training and Placement Department.
Dr. Spoorti R. Patil, in her address encouraged the graduates to pursue their passions, enhance their confidence and strive for excellence in their future endeavors. She emphasized the importance of continual learning and adaptability in today’s competitive world. Dr. Anand B. Deshpande lauded the students for their achievements and urged them to dream big and stay committed to their goals. He acknowledged the invaluable support of parents in shaping the students’ journey and expressed pride in the institute’s collective accomplishment.
The program concluded with a Vote of Thanks delivered by Prof. Rajendra Ghivari, Placement Coordinator of the Electrical and Electronics Engineering Department. Ms. Nikita, a student of the Electronics and Communication Engineering Department, served as the Master of Ceremony (MoC) for the event, ensuring the smooth flow of the program with confidence and clarity. A special appreciation was extended to Prof. Vishalkirthi Patil, Placement Officer, Mr. Omkar Patil, District Innovation Associate, K-Tech NAIN Center, AITM and all departmental placement coordinators for their dedicated efforts, which led to over 200 successful placements across 70+ reputed companies during the academic year 2024–25. On this memorable occasion, the Department of Training and Placement expressed its sincere gratitude to Dr. Spoorti R. Patil, Director, SAEF, Shri Raju Joshi, Administrator, SAEF and Dr. Anand B. Deshpande, Principal and Director, AITM, for their continuous guidance and unwavering support towards the institution’s vision of excellence.
