The Department of Training and Placement at Angadi Institute of Technology and Management (AITM), Belagavi proudly organized Placement Day 2024 on June 2nd, 2024, Sunday, at 11 am. The event aimed to honor the students and their parents for securing placements in renowned companies for the academic year 2023-24.
Dr. D. H. Rao, Academic Advisor at AITM, graced the occasion as the Chief Guest. Joining him were Dr. Anand Deshpande, Principal and Director of AITM, Prof. Sriram Kulkarni, Placement Coordinator at the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering, and Mr. Omkar Patil, District Innovation Associate at K-tech NAIN Center, AITM, alongside all Heads of Departments, Deans, Staff, and Students.
Mr. Omkar Patil provided insights into the placement records for the academic year 2023-24, showcasing the remarkable achievements of the students. Prof. Manjushree Havannavar, Placement Cell Coordinator, eloquently presented the role of the Training and Placement department in Kannada.
Dr. D. H. Rao, in his address, emphasized the importance of goal-setting and strategic planning, urging students to leverage their strengths to excel in their professional lives. He encouraged them to pursue their passions, enhance their confidence, communication, and interpersonal skills, and strive for excellence in their future endeavors.
Dr. Anand Deshpande Sir motivated the students to pursue their dreams with determination, acknowledging the pivotal role of parental support and expressing pride in the students’ accomplishments. The event culminated with a Vote of Thanks by Prof. Vishal Bogar, Placement Coordinator, MBA Department, AITM. Prof. Vishalkirthi Patil, the Placement Officer at AITM, was commended for his exemplary efforts in securing 200+ successful placements for the academic year 2023-24.
