An insightful session on the importance of Internships for the upcoming 5th Semester engineering students was conducted on 13th October 2023 at Angadi Institute of Technology and Management-AITM, Belagavi.
The event, conducted by Prof. Vishalkirthi Patil, Placement Officer AITM aimed to emphasize the pivotal role of internships in shaping the future of budding engineers.
Sir emphasized that internships are more than just a requirement for academic credit; they are a critical stepping stone for engineering students and include Real-world Experience, Networking Opportunities, Skill Development and Career Path Exploration.
Sir briefed the students about the SOPs to be followed during Internship and also advised the students that integration of internships into the academic curriculum enhances students’ practical knowledge and market readiness.
