Department of Computer Science and Engineering (CSE), Angadi Institute of Technology and Management-AITM, Belagavi inaugurated Computer Society of India (CSI) student chapter at Angadi Institute of Technology and Management-AITM, Belagavi on 8th May, Monday @10 a.m.
Mr. Chandra Dasaka, Head- Academic and Industry Council of CSI was the Chief Guest of the function. Dr. Anand Deshpande, Principal and Director, AITM, Prof. Dhanashree Kulkarni, Head of CSE Department along with all the HOD’s , Deans, staff and students presided the function.
Mr. Chandra Dasaka, the Chief Guest briefed the students about the Computer Society of India (CSI) student chapter and enlightened its importance. The activities conducted for the Students associated with the Society include lecture meetings, seminars, conferences, training programmes, programming contests and practical visits to installations.
Dr. Anand Deshpande, Principal and Director, AITM motivated students to participate in all CSI activities so that they get ready to face the upcoming challenging future and to become successful in their career.
The event concluded with Vote of thanks by Prof. Avanti Patil, Assistant Professor, CSE, AITM.
