An intellectual talk was organized for the students of Department of MBA on the topic “Managerial Effectiveness” on Saturday 24th June 2023.
Dr. A M Gurav, Dean, Department of Management Studies, Shivaji University, Kolhapur was the resource person.
Dr. Gurav said that, managerial effectiveness is nothing but manager’s ability to achieve the organization’s goals and balance employee expectations and development. An effective manager must ensure that work is completed efficiently and on time and both the employee and organization progress.
Overall the session was very much interactive and informative.
