Department of Civil Engineering, Angadi Institute of Technology and Management-AITM, Belagavi inaugurated Indian Green Building Council (IGBC) Student Chapter on 20th July 2023, Thursday @ 10.30 a.m.
Mr. Rajendra Belgaumkar, Chairman, IGBC Belagavi Chapter & Founder Principal, SENECA Consulting & Mr. Chaitanya Kulkarni, Co Chairman, IGBC Belagavi Chapter & Founder, Chaitanya Associates where the Chief Guests of the function. Mr. Kiran Koraddi, HOD, Department of Civil Engineering welcomed the gathering. Mr. M. V. Kanthi, Associate Professor mentioned about the significance of IGBC and its aims.
Mr. Rajendra Belgaumkar & Mr. Chaitanya Kulkarni addressed the students about the importance of IGBC student chapter and how they are interconnected. Launch of IGBC Student Chapter was done by handing over of the certificate by IGBC Chair & Co Chair to the Principal, HOD and group of students lead.
Dr. Anand Deshpande, Principal & Director, AITM gave the presidential remarks and Mrs. Shruti Umare concluded the function with vote of thanks. Mrs. Grishma Nadakarni anchored the program. The HOD’s of all the department, Faculty and Students were part of this function.
