The inaugural function of “Association of Artificial Intelligence & Data Science Engineering Students 2023-24 and Fresher’s Welcome” was organized by the Artificial Intelligence and Data Science Department, Angadi Institute of Technology and Management-AITM, Belagavi on Saturday, 23rd December 2023.
Mrs. Marielyn Correa, Educationist, and mentor, a Retired Teacher, at St.Paul’s School, Camp, Belagavi was the Chief Guest of the function. Dr. Anand Deshpande, Principal & Director, AITM , Prof. Chetan Patil, Event Coordinator along with all the staff presided over the function.
The Inaugural Ceremony began with the welcome dance by Miss Avantika Patil, followed by a Welcome speech by Prof. Sagar Birje. He also addressed the annual report. Later, Toppers of the Academic year 2022-23 were felicitated with trophies and certificates by the dignitaries.
Mrs. Marielyn Correa, Educationist and mentor, a Retired Teacher, at St.Paul’s School, Belagavi addressed the students about the importance of Essential Moral Values that build character and Good Human Behaviour with Compassion.
In Presidential Remarks, Dr. Anand Deshpande, Principal & Director, AITM suggested the students improve their Behavioral skills along with Academic and Technical skills. The event concluded with a Vote of thanks by the student, Ms. Deepa Benni.
